FRIED CHORIZO WITH GARLIC


Fixings
4 (170 g) chorizo hotdogs
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1⁄2 teaspoon blended dried Italian spice preparing
red pepper pieces, to taste (discretionary)
1⁄4 cup new level leaf parsley, finely hacked

Bearings

Cut the hotdogs into 5mm cuts; cook the frankfurter cuts in a huge warmed skillet, ideally non-stick, mixing until fresh; channel on retentive paper.
Dispose of the fat from dish and wipe the skillet clean with kitchen paper drying.
Heat the olive oil in a similar dish; cook the frankfurter cuts, garlic, Italian spices and red pepper chips (if utilizing) until they are warmed through and serve the wiener cuts on toothpicks, sprinkled with the new parsley, as a feature of an appetizer platter.
